A special issue of the journal of Symbolic Computation is planned. Here is the call for papers:

All the papers will be refereed according to the JSC standards. The accepted papers will be grouped on the free Hal or ArXiv sites before they are sent to the journal for publication. Topics include: Effective methods and theoretical and practical complexity issues in commutative algebra, geometry, real geometry, algebraic number theory, algebraic geometry, arithmetic geometry and related fields: combinatorics, convex geometry, algebraic analysis of differential equations, differential geometry, associative algebras, group theory, algebraic groups and Lie algebras, algebraic and differential topology, as well as applications of these fields, e.g. to statistics, coding theory, robotics, etc. Authors of accepted papers of MEGA 2017 (see https://mega2017.inria.fr/) are encouraged to submit their work to the special issue, but the submission is open to anyone.
